Do you have a direct relationship with hotmail and the Canadian ISP's?

We do not have any direct relationships with any isp's. We do however have a very reputable sending server partly because we strictly enforce what gets sent from our servers. For instance, new clients that get on board have their campaigns physically previewed before they go out. We would then whitelist them in the future if things are trustworthy, no complainst etc. If we find people abusing our system they are immediatley removed from our system. We strictly enforce these policies which in the end drastically help our deliverability rates.
