How to Add a Manager to your Facebook Page

When you sign up for managed social media through Roar Solutions, we will ask you to grant us permission to manage your Facebook Page. Here are the steps:

  1. Using your personal Facebook account, visit our social media manager's Facebook profile and click the Add Friend button.

 

2. Go to your Facebook Page. You may need to switch into your Page to access your settings.

3. In the upper right corner, click your page’s icon followed by Settings and Privacy.

 

 

4. Click Settings.

 

 

 

5. On the left side of your screen, under the Audience and Visibility section, click Page setup.

 

6.  Next to Page Access, click View.

 

 

7. Click Add New in the top right corner.

 

 

8. You will see a screen that explains Facebook access levels. Click Next.

9. On the next screen, type in "Mary Knight" in the search box. If you have added Mary as a friend, the Mary Knight profile will appear at the top of the list beside the Roar Solutions logo. Click on Mary's name.

 

10. Click Give Access.

 

11. Facebook will ask you for your password. Enter your password to complete the page manager process. (Only Facebook will receive this information.)
