Email Setup - Webmail Access & Mobile/Desktop Settings

You can easily access your business email from any internet browser, mobile device or your desktop/laptop email software. Here's how:

 

WEBMAIL EMAIL ACCESS:

Access your email account from your Desktop/Laptop/Tablet using any internet browser and go to https://webmail.roarsolutions.com

 

DESKTOP/LAPTOP/MOBILE EMAIL ACCESS:

**NOTE -- Unfortunately we are unable to troubleshoot your email software for you and any issues connecting your laptop of mobile email are best handled by a tech support person on your end.

Please use the Typical Settings below when setting up your email:

Typical Settings:

Inbound (Secure IMAP):
secure.emailsrvr.com
(Port 993)

Inbound (Secure SMTP):
secure.emailsrvr.com
(Port 995)

Outbound (Secure SMTP):
secure.emailsrvr.com
(Ports 465 or 587)

You must check off "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS)

 

NOTE: THE PORT # SETTINGS ABOVE ARE DEPENDENT ON IF YOU HAVE YOUR EMAIL SETUP US AS A POP ACCOUNT OR AN IMAP ACCOUNT  (Please choose IMAP whenever possible).
